Cumulative consumption within 12 months (Basic members with accumulated consumption of HKD$20,000 will be upgraded to AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership
You can also upgrade to "AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership" immediately through the AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership (1 year).
2. Member-only discounts
Once you apply for membership, upgrade to "AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership" and enjoy a member-special 30% discount on any regular-priced products.

After logging in, members can go to [Personal Information] in [My Account] to view their current membership level and Special offers.
3. Membership Renewal Eligibility
Cumulative consumption within 12 months; "AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership" can extend membership for one year if the accumulated consumption reaches $3,000.
4. Conditions for the issuance of shopping credits
Birthday shopping money will be automatically sent by the system every morning.
The shopping credit will be sent only if the subtotal amount of the order after discount, excluding shipping costs and surcharges, reaches the set gift threshold.
5. How to use shopping credits
Birthday shopping bonus is only available to "AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership", who can enjoy $150 birthday shopping bonus every year.
The amount of shopping credit cannot be adjusted freely and will be deducted based on the current maximum amount.
After logging in as a member, you can check your current shopping credit balance and expiration date from "Store Credits".

5. Members’ Notes
The system will automatically update membership at 12:00 (GMT+8) every day to check whether members have met the conditions for upgrade, renewal, etc.
The conditions for membership upgrade and renewal are based on 12 months. If the accumulated consumption amount reaches a certain amount within 12 months after consumption, you will be eligible for upgrade or renewal.
Member upgrades are accumulated based on the order amount with payment status of "paid" and order status not "cancelled".
If you do not register/log in to the membership system, you will not be able to accumulate and upgrade to become a discount member.
Member spending accumulation amount cannot be combined across accounts.
Member discounts and store-wide discounts cannot be used at the same time. The system will automatically select the more favorable discount method at checkout.
6. AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership (1 year) Start Date
After purchasing the AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership (1 year), you will need to confirm your payment details and upgrade to "AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership" through the backend. The day of backend upgrade will be the calculation day for the one-year membership of "AB9 Premium Health Annual Membership".
